These Terms and Conditions govern the access to and use of the website corventorix.com and the educational services offered by Corventorix S.R.L. By accessing the site or contracting our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any clause, please refrain from using the site.

2. Description of Service
Corventorix offers trading and investment training programs of an exclusively educational nature. Services include live classes, educational materials, supervised practice sessions, access to a trading community and completion certification. All content is intended for educational purposes and in no case constitutes an investment recommendation or personalized financial advice.
3. Educational Nature and Disclaimer
The services provided by Corventorix are strictly educational in nature. Participation in financial markets carries significant risks, including the possibility of partial or total loss of invested capital. Corventorix does not guarantee any results derived from the application of the knowledge taught. Investment decisions are the sole responsibility of each participant. Past results mentioned during the program do not guarantee future results.
4. Registration and User Obligations
By registering for our programs, you agree to provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and all activities carried out with your account. You agree to use the content and tools provided exclusively for personal educational purposes, respecting intellectual property rights and community conduct guidelines.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Corventorix website and educational programs, including texts, graphics, images, logos, educational materials, videos, presentations and software, are protected by the intellectual property laws of the Argentine Republic and applicable international treaties. Their reproduction, distribution, modification or public communication without prior written authorization from Corventorix S.R.L. is prohibited.
6. Payment Conditions
Prices and payment conditions for programs are communicated at the time of enrollment. Corventorix reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice, without affecting already confirmed enrollments. Payments made are non-refundable, except in cases expressly provided for in the refund policy communicated at the time of contracting.
7. Limitation of Liability
Corventorix shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages that may arise from the use of educational content, investment decisions made by participants, or service interruptions due to force majeure or causes beyond our reasonable control. The total liability of Corventorix, in any case, shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the user for the specific service that originates the claim.
8. Cancellation Policy
Users may request cancellation of their enrollment within ten calendar days following the contracting, in accordance with the right of revocation established in the Consumer Protection Law (Law 24,240). After said period, the cancellation conditions communicated at the time of enrollment will apply.
9. Modifications to Terms
Corventorix reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will be effective from their publication on the website. Continued use of the site or services after the publication of changes implies acceptance of the new terms. The last update date is shown at the beginning of this document.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any dispute that may arise in connection with these terms or the services provided, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, waiving any other forum or jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
